Mia's Savvy ( Courier Services) - Charges will be applied by mileage (additional cost will apply if waiting time is over five minutes). Such actions will result to a $1.00 per minute penalty. Ex. Delivering flowers, lunch pick up/drop off,  laundry pick up/drop off. Any request requires more than one hour, additional charges of $25.00 will apply.

 

 

Girl Friday (Assistant Services) - Hourly rates applies of $25.  Ex. Standing in long lines, grocery errands, assistant living needs for loved ones or doctor appointment.

 

 

For any services that are not cancelled within twenty four (24) hours, there will be a cancellation charge of $25.

 

 

There will not be any repeated runs within the same day. If there isn't anyone at the designated location to sign for pick up's and deliveries, client's will have to reschedule another day and will be subject to another request charge for that type of service.

 

 

At the time of service, there must be someone 18 years or older present at the designated location to sign for service or deliveries.

 

 

Any immediate request within a two hour range, must be scheduled between the hours of 8 A.M. through 11 A.M.

 

 

Any special deliveries, pick up or drop off services requested on Sunday's or holidays, a $35 rate will apply.

 

 

Be advised it is our promise to keep our client's updated at all times, if weather or any emergency situation arrives and hinders any request and at that time, if deemed as neglect, charges will be prorated.
