Service Policy

At Mia’s Savvy Courier Service, we are committed to delivering professional, secure, and reliable service to every client. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, efficiency, and a seamless delivery experience.

1. Delivery & Pickup Attempts

• Delivery and pickup attempts will not be repeated on the same day.
• If no authorized individual is present at the designated location to sign for service, the request must be rescheduled.
• Rescheduled services will be subject to an additional service request fee.

2. Signature & Authorized Recipient Requirements

• An individual 18 years of age or older must be present at the designated location at the time of service.
• A valid signature is required for all pickups and deliveries.
• Legal or confidential parcels require direct hand-to-hand confirmation.

3. Immediate & Rush Requests

• Immediate or rush service requests within a two-hour delivery window must be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Requests made outside of this timeframe will be scheduled for the next available service window.

4. Sunday & Holiday Services

• Special delivery, pickup, or drop-off requests scheduled on Sundays or recognized holidays will incur an additional $50 surcharge, applied in addition to the standard service rate.

5. Weather & Emergency Conditions

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergency circumstances that may delay service, clients will be promptly notified.
• If a service disruption occurs due to conditions beyond our control, charges may be reviewed and prorated where applicable.
• Client safety and package security remain our top priority at all times.
