Courier Service Important Details
Service Policies & Scheduling Guidelines
To ensure efficiency and reliability for all clients, Mia’s Savvy Courier Service operates under the following service guidelines:
Single-Service Attempts
Repeated delivery or pickup attempts will not be conducted on the same day. If no authorized individual is present to sign at the designated location, the service must be rescheduled for a future date. A new service request fee will apply.
Authorized Signature Requirement
At the time of pickup or delivery, a responsible individual age 18 or older must be present to sign for the service.
Same-Day Immediate Requests
Urgent service requests within a two-hour window must be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM to ensure proper routing and fulfillment.
Sunday & Holiday Services
Deliveries or pickups scheduled on Sundays or recognized holidays will incur an additional $50 service fee.
Weather & Emergency Delays
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies that may affect scheduling, clients will be promptly notified. If delays are caused by uncontrollable circumstances and deemed beyond client responsibility, applicable charges may be prorated at management’s discretion.
